My first day - what will happen?
When you arrive at St Bede's for your first day, you will be met by some of our teaching staff, who will be waiting at our main gate, to say hello and to take you to our Presentation Centre to meet the rest of year 7.
As the school day begins, Mr Hibbard, your Headteacher will officially welcome you to St Bede's before your new form teachers will collect you and show you to your form rooms. During this time, you will be given your year 7 planners, timetables and dinner cards. Your form teacher will also be able to answer any questions you might have. And then, it will be time to begin your life at St Bede's with some lessons. Don't worry about finding your way around the school straight away though, as some of our year 10 Peer Mentor team will be on hand to help you find your classrooms in the first few weeks.

This is an example of what your timetable will look like.
This is an example of a year 7 timetable from a previous year. If this was your timetable, which lessons would you have on a Wednesday? Who would be teaching you science of Friday morning, period 1?
